What if I don’t like your design?
Our main goal is your complete satisfaction. Communication is very important from the first idea through the working process. It is your property and we will work with you to design what fits your lifestyle.

How long will the project take?
Every project is obviously different. A simple design usually takes one week to turn around, while more detailed designs can take up to three or four weeks. Your contract will state all the specifics of the project, including a start date.

Will McCrary & Sons provide maintenance for my project after it is completed?
Yes. We have full service maintenance crews that will handle everything from your mowing, trimming and fertilizing, to hanging your Christmas lights.

Does McCrary & Sons provide a warranty?
Yes. A one year warranty on material and labor. We guarantee our plants and sprinkler systems for one full year after installation. Follow-up care is covered within the scope of work described in your contract.

Where does McCrary & Sons get its plants?
We buy from local nursery vendors located in Berthoud, Fort Collins and Loveland.

Does McCrary & Sons give free estimates?
Yes. We will come out to your property and discuss all of your ideas, plans and dreams for your landscape project. We then take the time to carefully research the plants and products needed for your project, working to give you the best available prices that will fit your budget. You will be provided with a written estimate –for your approval and/or to make changes before any work is started.
